That’s why The Wind Down Mist is formulated to be light, soothing, and naturally calming, allowing your mind and body to unwind. Lavender 'New Zealand': A rare, locally grown cultivar ('Avice Hill') said to be hypoallergenic due to its low levels of Linalool. Grown spray-free in Canterbury. Premium, pure, aromatherapy grade Lavender oil.
Aroma: Soft, floral, and herbaceous with a slightly sweet undertone.
Calming Properties: Lavender is renowned for its natural sedative effects, helping to reduce stress and anxiety, which are common barriers to restful sleep.

This mist is unlike no other I’ve tried. The scent is from a Nz grown lavender that’s less common so you really notice how different it is. It’s of such a high quality and teamed with chamomile makes it super dreamy to spray on both mine and my daughters pillow for a good nights sleep. I believe this spray has helped the quality of my sleep since using it.
My partner works shifts and I have a pretty busy schedule too. We have been using this on both our pillows and noticing a better nights sleep with less wake ups! Smells refreshing but not to over powering which I love.
