New Zealand Shipping Policy

We currently ship across New Zealand using Aramex as our delivery partner.

Delivery Zones & Rates
Zone 1 (Urban Areas) – Free Shipping
We offer free standard delivery to all Zone 1 locations.

Rest of New Zealand (Zones 2–5) – $7 Flat Rate
A flat $7 shipping fee applies to orders delivered outside Zone 1, including rural and regional addresses.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Estimated Delivery Times

Zone 1: 1–3 business days
Rest of NZ: 2–5 business days (rural deliveries may take a little longer)

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of receiving your order and payment.

 

Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.
